The day
We had the awesome privilege of travelling to Darwin to capture this wedding. Darwin is spectacular in the wintertime, with perfect sunsets every day (a wedding videographer’s dream!)
Hannah and Darren met at work, at a police station where she was the receptionist and he a police officer. Their relationship built slowly based on a solid friendship that was always fated to be so much more.
The garden ceremony and reception were held at the Museum & Art Gallery of the NT, officiated by celebrant Lauren Evans and photographed by Katie Hillary. Hannah looked magical in her sheath gown by Pallas Couture and carried chic ivory roses from Beija Flor.
Dinner was outside under festoon lights, with amazing food catered by Pony + Sid, styling by Creative Two and a cake from Rachael’s Designa Cake Darwin.
Thanks for inviting us to Darwin, guys. We will happily come back and film your anniversary celebrations every year if it means returning to this enchanting part of the world.
