The day
High school sweethearts Caitlin and Ollie are true couple goals. They met as awkward youths (just kidding – this gorgeous pair were never awkward!) and now live in Sydney, but they came home for their wedding which we were privileged to be a part of.
This pair was just lovely to film, and you can easily see why everyone around them adores them so much. They didn’t stop smiling or laughing all day and radiated love wherever they went, turning everything around them to gold.
Caitlin was stunning in her Alex Perry gown for the ceremony, and then she mixed things up by changing into another dress to party-down properly on the dancefloor.
The weather on the day threw everything at them with rain coming and going even though it was the middle of summer. This made for some imaginative and supercool photo opportunities which the couple handled like happy loved-up rockstars, following wonderful guidance from photographer Ali Bailey.
The romantic and hilarious ceremony was led by celebrant Megan Watson and held at Glasshaus Outside in Richmond which provides a great backdrop for celebration. The couple followed the formal bits of their day with a very fun cocktail reception at Ellis St Studios in South Yarra.
