The day
Amanda and Brett met when they were at university and dated for a while, but made the decision to break up so Amanda could travel overseas. Years later Brett saw a Facebook post saying that she was going to a footy game, and Brett made up a reason to be there just to see her. Love (and social media!) always finds a way…
It was a tumultuous wedding day weatherwise, but it couldn’t possibly have gone smoother from a romance perspective. This was a relaxed and fun rustic-style day set at Aghadoe Estate, with catering from Truffleduck and gorgeous country bouquets and floral arrangements by The Refined Bloom Co.
Celebrant Chloe crafted a service that was a perfect blend of laughter, gooey romantic moments, and happy tears.
The dusky palette of the bridesmaids’ gowns from Shona Joy was unique and stunning. Amanda looked amazing in her gown from Jane Hill and with her look completed by My Makeup Chair, we could completely understand why Brett found her unforgettable after years apart!
Thanks again for the invite guys, we had a blast.
